Made of High-Quality Parts
This Defender HD10 kit comes with everything you need for an easy install. It includes A-arms, tie rods, axles, bushings, and four Rhino 2.0 Axles. Every part is built stronger than stock. All you have to worry about is ball joints, which you can order preinstalled.

Heavy-Duty Atlas Pro A-Arms
Our Defender HD10 Atlas Pro A-Arms are built to take a beating and look damn good doing it. They use 38 mm OD tubing with 1/4” wall DOM at the shock mounts for maximum strength, and 3.5 mm chromoly tubing everywhere else to keep them tough and lightweight. They’re finished with a UV-resistant powder coat, so they stay looking new for years.

Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
When you’re pushing your Can-Am Defender HD10 harder, your steering needs to be able to keep up. Our Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods deliver serious strength without adding unnecessary weight. They’re reinforced with heat-treated chromoly tie rod ends, so the weakest point of your steering gets the strength it needs for rough trails and hard use.

Industry-Leading Rhino 2.0 Axles
We’re not going to give you the ultimate long travel kit and not include upgraded axles. Our industry-leading Rhino 2.0 axles are stronger than stock with an increased shaft size. They’re built from 4340 chromoly steel, so they’re built for battle. Plus, they’re designed for high articulation to keep your CV temperature low.

Upgrade to SDi Terrain Master 2.1 Shocks
SDi Terrain Master 2.1 shocks offer improved control and consistency for aggressive riding and big suspension setups. High-flow pistons, piggyback reservoirs, and an oversized compression adjuster allow precise tuning while maintaining predictable performance on demanding terrain. Plus, they’re built with lightweight aluminum and hardened, chrome-coated shafts, so they can handle added travel and wild rides.

Skip the extra shop time and money and get straight to riding when you get your long travel kit with preinstalled ball joints. You won’t be stuck pressing out worn parts or putting everything back together. It’s a faster install, fewer headaches, and less money spent, so your Defender HD10 spends more time on the trail.

NOTE: You must re-use your stock ball joints if you don’t select a pre-installed ball joint at checkout.

Heavy-Duty Ball Joints
Our heavy-duty ball joints are built to handle whatever you throw at them. They’re made from super-strong 4340 VAR steel and are zinc-plated to stand up to wear and tear. They’re adjustable and have easy-access grease zerks, so they’re easy to maintain. They can withstand twice the force of a stock ball joint.

Super Duty 300M Ball Joints
We used ultra-tough 300M grade steel and paired it with precision engineering to build one of the strongest ball joints on the market. They feature an adjustable steel-on-steel design and easy to reach grease zerk for quick maintenance. And with strength rated at 2.25 times stronger than stock—they’re built to outperform and outlast.

Keller Ball Joints
Keller Ball Joints have a two-piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread directly onto your A-arms like a nut and bolt, making them nearly impossible to pull out. They’re built with a tough chromoly steel stud and an advanced tool-steel body, so they’re ideal for larger machines, bigger tires, and heavier rides. Plus, they’re greaseable and rebuildable, so you can keep them running smoothly for the long haul.
