SuperATV and Rugged Radios Items

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell products from multiple vendors, return eligibility and return windows vary depending on the brand/vendor of the item purchased.

Return Window by Vendor

Rugged Radios 30 days from receipt of merchandise Returns after 30 days require prior approval and, if approved, may be refunded as store credit.
SuperATV 90 days from date of purchase Restocking fees may apply depending on how long after purchase the return is received. No returns are accepted outside 90 days.

General Return Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must generally be:

  • In new, unused, resellable condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete with all parts, hardware, manuals, paperwork, accessories, and promotional items included with the original purchase

  • Approved for return before being shipped back

Returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny a return, refund, or exchange if the product has been used, installed, damaged, modified, altered, is missing parts or packaging, or is otherwise not in resellable condition.

Rugged Radios Return Terms

Rugged Radios items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Items returned after 30 days require prior approval and, if approved, will be refunded as store credit. Rugged Radios items marked as clearance, demo, or closeout require prior approval before return. Used helmets are not eligible for return, and all helmet returns must be in original packaging and new, unused condition. (ruggedradios.com)

All Rugged Radios returns must include a completed return form. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns may take up to one week to be processed after they are received and inspected. (ruggedradios.com)

SuperATV Return Terms

SuperATV items may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. A Return Number is required, although receiving a Return Number does not guarantee a refund or replacement. (SuperATV)

SuperATV restocking fee guidelines are as follows:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: full refund if unopened, in original packaging, and resalable

  • Within 60 days of purchase: 10% restocking fee if unopened, in original packaging, and resalable

  • Within 90 days of purchase: 20% restocking fee if unopened, in original packaging, and resalable

  • After 90 days: no returns accepted

Made-to-order parts may be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, and special-order products may not be returnable. SuperATV polycarbonate roofs and windshields are not eligible for return if the protective film has been removed from either side. (SuperATV)

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved vendor or fulfillment error. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the return shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos if applicable, and a description of the issue.

Vendor-specific warranty or defective-item procedures may apply. Rugged Radios states that defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt once deemed defective by their Returns Department. SuperATV notes that mistakes or incorrect shipments may be handled as exceptions with no additional fees. (ruggedradios.com)

Exchanges

Approved exchanges may be handled as a return and new order, depending on the vendor and item. Returned items must still meet the condition and timing requirements listed above.

Final Approval

All returns are subject to vendor approval and inspection. We may refuse returns that do not meet the applicable vendor’s requirements.
